All payments made for services are generally non-refundable. Once a session is booked and confirmed, refunds will not be provided.

In rare or exceptional situations, refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion. Decisions will be final.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Appointments once booked cannot be cancelled after confirmation
• If you are unable to attend, please inform us in advance
• We may allow rescheduling based on availability

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Approval depends on availability.

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
